Greeting our Guests

What's up guys!

Recently, we updated our “Greeting Points” to focus and simplify the dialog you and our guests to give them the most memorable experience. We’ve cut our points in half from 12 to 6 so you spend less time talking about navigating the menu and more time finding out what our guests want and introducing them to what Bareburger is all about. 

So, What’s changed?

We used to spend a lot of time going over and through the different sections of the menu which we found was either taking too much time or wasn’t getting done at all. So, we wanted something that would be consistent and straightforward yet still welcoming to the guest, while also introducing our brand & highlighting opportunities to “up-sell” & promote contests and specials.

Below you'll find the Updated Greeting Points as well as a quick video. Make sure you understand the points, triggers and always have a favorite item on the menu so you can confidently make great recommendations.
